Deliveries must be made from one batch from the steel supplier. If two or more batches are delivered in one order, these must be reported to TIGGES and may only be delivered with official approval.

1.5 General technical delivery conditions:
The general technical delivery conditions in DIN EN 754/10263/10269/10277:current version must be observed.
For products according to DIN EN 10263-3/-4, fine-grained steel according to DIN EN 10263-1 (B.3) is required.
Testing and verification of the content of non-metallic inclusions by means of „Method K“ in accordance with DIN 50602 and compliance therewith are also required for these products.
Deviations from the technical delivery conditions and/or from the Tigges specifications must be notified by the supplier.
2.1 Delivery versions:
Up to a wire-Ø of 8 mm, the wire shall be delivered non-coiled and as a loosely wound ring. From a wire-Ø ≥ 8 mm, the ring wire is supplied wound on crown sticks (height max. 130 cm). The wire is wound clockwise in layers. The unwinding direction is counterclockwise (in the top view of the coils). Tying is to be done crosswise at 4 points around the circumference of the coil. Each steel strip shall be provided with an eyelet holder. Protection against damage is to be placed between the steel band and the material. The ends of the wire shall be provided with a hose guard. The coil is to be delivered on a one-way pallet and must be protected from the outside with corrugated cardboard.
An inner ring diameter of 600-1000 mm and an outer ring diameter of 1000-1450 mm must be observed.
The respective weight of a single coil/ring shall not exceed 1000 kg.
